UPenn transgender swimmer continues dominant season with more record-breaking wins

I see no reasonable inference from your
quoted scripture other than a severe &
bigoted attack on atheists.
This Bible is one dangerous book.
So you’re saying the Bible is one dangerous Book because you have God’s perspective on someone who denies God exists but then don’t consider the rest of the story of God’s love and forgiveness available to every human being?
The problem is that the biblical passages demonizes
non-believers without exception. This is bigotry
No it doesn’t, it calls people to repent and trust God. Too many people blaspheme and deny God and then complain when He responds to that.

Also, they steal people's babies and eat them, and/or sacrifice them to their Lord Satan, whom they summon by engaging in a popular demon summoning ritual called "Dungeons & Dragons".

Another thing atheists do constantly is to engage in communism, which is a political activity aimed squarely at destroying America, specifically everything American Christians consider holy and sacred.

They also want to make gender irrelevant to destroy the holy and sacred tradition of swim competitions.

No, I have my own perspective.
And I know for a fact that the passage you quoted regarding
atheists is utterly wrong. It is bigoted & hateful.
That’s your opinion from your limited view and perspective. Well, at the end of the age when people stand before God and all the motives for what people have done or not done will be revealed and then you can take it up with Him. I believe what the Creator says about His Creation. He has always proven to be right.

As is yours.
Spoiler Alert:
“So Jesus said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭10:18‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

No one is good but God and Jesus is perfect and good. That’s why God is calling everyone to repent and believe the Gospel.

I've nothing to add.

By intolerant if you mean a man doesn’t belong in female sports or in female locker rooms and bathrooms then yes I’m intolerant of that and other inappropriate behavior.
No, by "intolerant" and "bigoted" I mean you literally do not consider trans men and trans women as people worthy of the same respect and consideration as you are. You have amply demonstrated that fact, no need to play the victim card because you called out on holding a position you proudly displayed in this thread and elsewhere.

If you don't like people who talk to you truthfully, then feel free to block me.

This thread was never about religion and/or the bible.
It was never about a trans person being bad or wrong. Rather its about how I think its unfair to females born as females, who worked and trained their butts off for years or their life to be the best in their competition and set records only to have then smashed by a trans person who competed as a male until they were 20 years old".
I don't think its fair to the other females.

So why did you hijack this thread and turn it into about religion and about the bible?

Nope, never said that or anything of the sort. You made your bigoted comment and it’s been addressed.
Point out my comment about trans people not being worthy of respect or anyone for that matter.

I agree with your comment and sorry it got off track, should’ve left it with the one comment and stuck to the subject. My perspective will always a biblical one because in my view that is the Truth, basis for morality, fairness, right and wrong, decency. Otherwise anything goes, society rules and this situation with this male swimmer will be celebrated at the expense of women.

What women had, man taketh away. I still don't think it its right.

Fury as transgender UPenn swimmer, 22, who used to compete as a man smashes TWO US women's records in weekend competition and finishes one race 38 seconds ahead of her nearest rival

  • Lia Thomas, 22, smashed two U.S. swimming records at an Akron, Ohio contest
  • Thomas won the 1,650 freestyle in a record time of 15:59.71 beating her closest rival Anna Sofia Kalandaze by 38 seconds
  • She left rivals floundering in a 500 freestyle beating them by 14 seconds
  • Last month she competed in a women's swimming event between Princeton and Cornell and has regularly broken records as part of UPenn's team
  • Thomas previously competed for the school's men's team for three years before joining the women's team. Her last men's competition was in November 2019
  • Some have voiced their anger at her swimming success, claiming it to be 'unfair,' and many refused to refer to her as a woman
  • NCAA rules dictate any trans female athlete can take part in women's events if they have completed a year of testosterone suppression treatment

How did Lia Thomas break any "women's records" when he is not a woman?

I'm confused.

This issue does get rather complex. Due to the very short nature of a collegiate career the NCAA sets a one year standard on hormone therapy. Where the IOC has a two year minimum. And that limit is the same for all sports. The inherent advantage of being genetically male seems to last longer than one year in some sports. I am hopeful that this will get ironed out in the long run. Right now they are still experimenting with this new concept.
