West Antartica Ice Melt Now "Unstoppable": NASA

According to many of the climate scientists, including those at NASA, a rise of 2.5 degrees C. would cause tremendous and irreversible damage. Even if one doubted the accuracy of that figure, why would anyone in their right mind chance it?

But the thing is we haven't risen 5 degrees centigrade, we can only show a 1 degree rise in over a hundred years, and even that can be questioned. You can say that this is going to happen or that is going to happen all day but that doesn't mean it will. Facts will always trump speculation. You've been played.

Peace out.

"The paleoclimate record combined with global models shows past ice ages as well as periods even warmer than today. But the paleoclimate record also reveals that the current climatic warming is occurring much more rapidly than past warming events.

As the Earth moved out of ice ages over the past million years, the global temperature rose a total of 4 to 7 degrees Celsius over about 5,000 years. In the past century alone, the temperature has climbed 0.7 degrees Celsius, roughly ten times faster than the average rate of ice-age-recovery warming."

Nasa source, btw.

Also convenient you dodged the concern about ocean acidification, despite the fact temperature doesn't really play a role in it. Increases in CO2 gas in the atmosphere dissolved in ocean water in something called carbonic acid. This changes the acidity of the ocean, which alters the environment precariously for things like algae, the greatest contributor to oxygen existing on the planet.

But, as you say and many young people say, peace out.

Peace be on you.

Can some of water from these be taken to drought-ed regions before they turn into troubles.

Sorry but no.
Salt water is a problem on land.

Glacier water is fresh water supply for many parts of the Earth.
Some things are going to disappear with the ice.
