Both of those dishes wouldn't be considered breakfast on Brazil. That's definitely something a brazilian would only eat at lunch/dinner with rare exceptions.
A typical brazilian breakfast, for those who eat so early, is simply bread ( more often than not a particular kind of bread that we call 'pão francês' ) with some sort of cold cut and/or butter/margarine plus coffee/juice.
