What are your favorite breakfast foods?

Americans do it up right as well, but it's generally not nearly as "health conscious!"

A full English breakfast looks like a cross between the two:

Both of those dishes wouldn't be considered breakfast on Brazil. That's definitely something a brazilian would only eat at lunch/dinner with rare exceptions.

A typical brazilian breakfast, for those who eat so early, is simply bread ( more often than not a particular kind of bread that we call 'pão francês' ) with some sort of cold cut and/or butter/margarine plus coffee/juice.

Here is a great pic to illustrate what i am talking about:

It was on fire when I laid down on it.

Those look good!

American "breakfasts" are often eaten as a late supper - and they're especially popular after a night of clubbing. Really great about 3 am!

My husband and I have been known to actually wake up in the middle of the night, throw on some clothes, and drive to the local truck stop for a full out American breakfast.

Of course, most Americans don't eat this every day.

Usually my breakfast is something like this:

I have got to get this thing out of my house before I eat it all. I mean, it only has 1 1/4 cups of butter, three cups of sugar, three cups of flour and five eggs in it - oh, and the icing which is 1/2 cup of butter and four cups of powdered sugar. I mean - that can't be so bad, can it?

I usually have muesli, yogurt and fruit all mixed up for breakfast. It feels like having dessert every morning! :D

But I'd love to try something a little different sometime. Like a Japanese breakfast of fish, miso soup, rice and other things like that.

I love French Toast (with powdered sugar instead of syrup) and pancakes as well. I had a passing craving for pancakes this morning, but as the idea of syrup didn't go over with me very well after just finishing up 2 miles I stuck to some egg beaters and a small serving of potatoes O'Brien. :p

Raisin Bran or oatmeal, three boiled eggs (whites only) and some yogurt. I'm a boring, boring man.

I'm a big egg/potato/bacon person when it comes to breakfast. Eggs, prepared in just about any fashion, with hashbrowns or potatoes o'brien with a bit of cheese melted over them, and a side of bacon. Nice glass of milk to finish it off.

I really like french toast as well, but don't have it very often. Really should grab some Texas toast bread next time I go shopping. ;)

I like eggs, potatoes, sausages, and mushrooms. With coffee.

Rice with a touch of sesame oil, topped with quickly stir fried fresh spinach seasoned with a splash each of soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and toasted sesame oil, with lots of red and black pepper. Top all that off with a soft-cooked egg with a runny yolk and some chunky tomato-based hot salsa. Yum.

Hello,
My favorite breakfast idea is to combine scrambled eggs and cooked, chopped bacon. I really found that crumbled eggs and bacon are best with toast and a couple of dipping of ketchup. I also use Gluten Free Snacks. They are very tasty. I always look for new varieties in food.

I ate a leftover homemade enchilada the other morning. Rice, black beans, stewed tomatos, corn, and cheese covered in spicy sauce and wrapped in a tortilla. It was a rather satisfying breakfast.
