So, the things you know are only known when you are in a hypnotic state and can't be transferred to the waking world. In other words, only in your dreams.
Environment need NOT to be transferred to world around. It’s gets transferred automatically.

Every single person/thing in the world affects the environment of the world around depending on the type and strong-ness of the energy one/it holds.

Many people believe in God but what do they know about Him? How did you come to know what you know about God? How did you verify what you know about God or discovered? Was it through a dream? A Book or a personal experience or just from following tradition? How do you know what you believe about God is true? Atheists feel free to comment but this is not a ‘prove God exists‘ thread.
The question is not whether or not God exists, but whether or not anyone who claims that God exists is capable of demonstrating that they have such knowledge, or are even capable of having such knowledge.

Until the Baha'i Faith came along and told us that Satan is not real, a lot of people believed he was real because of the supposed teachings of some of the manifestations.
Most people still believe that Satan is real. That is because the Bible is so deeply embedded in our culture.
It is mainly the Baha'is who do not believe that Satan is real.

Nobody can demonstrate that God exists and nobody can know that as a fact. We can only believe it is true, and that's good enough for some of us.
One reason I believe it is true is because I know that God is not demonstrable and I accept it.

Just curious.

Fairies are not demonstrable and you don't accept those though.

So does this suggest you have been brainwashed, in one way or another, about 'god'? Such a blind leap of faith, when you can be just as good a person with out god?

What do you know about Him/God?
"Rest in peace" is the term/verse which is very oftenly used when someone meets a death on this earth and in-general people believe that there's no any rebirth after this death. Contrary to this - death of the body isn't a complete death which I have experienced through a meditation practice and came onto the conclusion that a new body is acquired over and again each time until one "Rest in peace", or "Merge into God"

In true terms "Rest in peace" is equal to "Rest in God" like a drop merging into the sea, which is the final death.

IN A NUT SHELL: A certain experience through a meditation-practice is the foundation if someone truly wants to know about God. Or, in some rare cases people acquires the same experience which is the result of near-death-experience happened due to some serious-illness, or an accident in life which becomes a blessing thereafter.

How did you come to know what you know about God?
Through meditation practice.

How did you verify what you know about God or discovered?
Through meditation practice

A Book or a personal experience or just from following tradition?
Through meditation practice

How do you know what you believe about God is true?
Through meditation practice

So your mind lets you know 'What do you know about God' in one way or another.

Which seems sensible?

I am not saying that the reason I believe in God is because God is not demonstrable.
I am saying I believe in God despite the fact that God is not demonstrable.

I don't believe in fairies because there is no evidence that fairies exist.
I believe in God because there is evidence that God exists.

I do not have blind faith, I have evidence-based faith.
I could be just as good of a person without God, but I am better off with God.
There are reasons to believe in God other than being a good person.

Obviously we disagree about the evidence presented, I can't see any evidence to say god exists.

It certainly wouldn't hold up in a court of law or would it? ;)

I will use an imagery.

The world is the turbulent cyclonic violence of emerging and dissipating forms while God (Brahman) is the transphysical and transconcious still and empty central eye of this cyclone from which this cyclone emerges and by which this cyclone's rise and fall and trajectory is determined. Yet, the cyclone and the eye are not two, but a one single connected structure that merely appears as two. So is Brahman and the world.

This is based on my own experiences, but the conceptual tools I use to explain it I found in Hindu and Buddhist philosophy.

I believe that the Messengers of God are the evidence that God exists.
Take a look at this thread I posted quite some time ago:

With all due respect, it is completely illogical to expect evidence for God to be the same as evidence that is presented in a court of law.

For example:
There is no forensic evidence for God since God is not a physical being.
There are no eyewitnesses who saw God since nobody has ever seen God!

I think meditation is a good way to know about god because your brain can make up anything.
For those that have enough money, there are shortcuts to knowing God.
Meditation #1
Just close your eyes and free your mind of all but the love of God. Let his love fill your heart. Breath in his love and let your worldly desires and thoughts drift away. (Send your money to us). Let go of your material things that have been weighing down your soul. (Like all that money you have in the bank). Can you hear the still, small voice of God speaking to you? (Send your money to us).
Thank you for listening to Meditation #1 in our collection of CD's on how to meditate. Don't you feel better now? And lighter... especially in your pocketbook.
Plus, if you act now, to really get into being spiritual and knowing God, for a small fee, we will send you your own personal mantra. Or, if you prefer, a bottle of miracle holy water. Just a few drops on your head and you will begin to see the light.

It's amazing how much it can cost a person to get Holy and to know God.

Some people are unable to meditate because the inner monologue in their mind simply won't be silenced by any technique. Other people have a very easy time meditating, because they have no inner monologue.
