What do you think of Trump?

I understand the motives. However, a few of your points are moot, untrue, or not considering what "your side" will result in; such as you mention higher taxes, despite anti-tax Republicans having a habit of cutting taxes and inflating the budget (something that should have been obvious with Trump's plan). Yeah, they both wanted war, but Hillary most likely would not have left permanent residents and visa holders detained and stranded overseas.
Clearly, you don't understand.
You mistake Trump for a typical Republican.

I know he's not. The typical Republican isn't a narcissistic bunghole. Trump's motives are all "me." To understand "Trump's motives," you have to know the motives of the ones pulling his strings (another thing I frequently warned about with Trump).

I hear ya, which is the reason why I voted for Bernie in the primary and why I considered voting for Stein in the election until it became obvious that Trump might win.
Honestly, I've never thought "compulsive liar" seriously describes most politicians. Trump seems fundamentally incapable of making it through a single topic without lying.

I'm still astonished that someone can be both Donald Trump and President of the USA. Funny though.
