What do you think of Trump?

I'm no fan of Trump, but I certainly don't want Jesus as President.
His theocratic tendencies are the least of his problems.
At least Jesus wouldn't tolerate discrimination and declare that my rights are beneath religious bigotry.

Maybe the Lord, in His Infinite Wisdom, has decided to smite the USA. So He gave us a president who closely resembles our persona on the world stage. We are, after all, famous for greed and "alternative facts and history " and ego.

Maybe the Lord plans to "harden Trumps heart", so He can show His Glory unto the world.

Relax, dude, whoa. You need to cut back on the Prosac.

You were being serious?
As dead serious as I can be, given that I believe Exodus is largely fiction. I sincerely doubt that a Hebrew murderer got multiple audiences with the Pharaoh of Egypt. But that doesn't mean I dismiss the Bible's teachings.
And I commonly hear people around me quoting them as The Word of God. You blowing them off as a drug problem seems strange, to say the least.

Tom, I was blowing off your supposed sarcasm as a drug problem.

You could be right in that post, maybe.

He shows signs off being out of his depth and isolated from the party he represents. This causes him to "circle the wagons" with his closest supporters rather than fellow Republicans. Pence was to provide this link but does not have the influence compared to the likes of Bannon. His EO has been a disaster. It may expand the WH, media, inter-party and partisan conflicts.

I am waiting to see what happens between Trudeau and Trump.

And this is one thing that just amazed me, namely how could so many who say they believe in Jesus but actually support and vote for a man who has said and done so many things that are classified as "sins" in any church. And some of them when confronted say they couldn't vote for Hillary, and I can understand that, but there were other options available.

As Gandhi said, "To cooperate with evil is evil.

I don't understand that, because generally speaking, when someone said they couldn't bring themselves to vote for Hillary, they were under the guise that Trump is somehow better, although even the blind can see his behaviors are just not acceptable for such a position and they should never be tolerated out of anyone. To allow for a moment's honesty, Hillary did not mock a disabled journalist in a very crude manner, she did not verbally assault the parents of a slain soldier (something that still amazes me that the Republicans didn't crucify him over), she doesn't have micro-thin skin that's more delicate than the most fragile of glass, and she doesn't have 3-in-the-morning Twitter flame wars. If someone couldn't bring themselves to vote for Hillary, they should have went third party or just abstained, because there is just no possible way to put Hillary on the same level as Trump.

As Gandhi said, "To cooperate with evil is evil.
To exercise the other options would've enabled the greater evil (Hilda) to prevail.
As Gandhi should've said, "To allow the greater evil to win is evil".
