One of my favorite people is a Noahide, Dr. Vendyl Jones from whom the "Indiana Jones" was created. He does not us the fairytales/fables found in and aroud the Talmud, they are by confused Rabbi's and they cause confussion.
Blessings to you also.
Dr. Jones has studied the Talmud at the Talmud Torah school in Greenville North Carolina and uses it quite a bit in his archeology work also. We must remember that the Talmud is a Jewish writing and very little of it is actual meant for Gentile consumption.
But I'll not try to convince you otherwise from your opinion. That's not my job. If you believe it or not has no baring on the elucidations and blessings I get from it.
And as always I must encourage that when we examine texts and traditions from other religions it is paramount that we at least get the info from those who practice the religion. In simple terms, learn about Talmud from the Jews, not the non Jews. Here are three great lectures from Rabbi Tovia Singer that does a great job of explaining it.
