What happens when we die?

There is proof. But you can't show it to those who have no ability to see it for themselves.

It is something they HAVE to prove for themselves.

It cannot be transmitted by second or third person accounts.

Science does not involve itself with NON-UNIVERSAL truths - i.e. proofs which require some special ability to be percieved.

What kind of question is this?

It's like asking what happens when nothingness begins.

Death is the beginning of nothing and the end of something

Wanderer,

I beg to differ.

My own path is classified as a science.

You are given specific techniques by which you will obtain specific results. A little faith is required in the beginning, but you will get the promised results if you are true to the prescribed method. Then you can see for yourself. No faith required.

That, is a science. It goes beyond what you can see with your eyes, thats all.

Meta-physics, if you prefer.

Death is hardly the end of anything. Its just a transformation. Nothing changes but perception.

And you know this, how?

I think it's safe to say nobody really knows what will happen. I just assume nothing happens because of lack of evidence for anything else.

Well, in my personal opinion, on the concept of death and What may occur thereafter is that it is and evolution of one’s self. One may evolve as simply by spirit or by a triad. Mind, Body and Spirit. A continual cycle of a learning experience. One can not end a chapter of a book without first reading the pages contained within said chapter. Then you may continue to the next chapter of the book.
(I know, I am new and perhaps have jumped into the depths of the water to quickly to respond. My pardons.)

Blessed Be.

You have lack of evidence because you have lack of ability to see beyond a certain point.

It does not mean that there is nothing beyond, it only means it is beyond your current abilities. As you grow, these abilites will change, as will your perceptions.

Death separates you from a body. Thats all. You don't wink out like a dying ember. You continue, but on a different plane, beyond the eye's ability to see.
