According to my belief Jesus's number one message was to worship God alone.
None of the above. His number one message which differenciated him was to love your neighbor as yourself. He had several parables where gentiles got to the kingdom of heaven and they weren't even Jewish.

From my atheistic perspective, Jesus' number one message can be summed up thusly:
34 “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me

37 “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’

40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’

Jesus doesn't want people to be ***holes to each other.

Then I'd say "oneness" but not oneness of God, but oneness with God. Through salvation, you're not just a separate being from God, but you're made to be one with God. I don't see that option in your list either. :(
Its the trinity option. Just ad Jesus is one with His Father and Holy Spirit, so is humans (in relation to your post) is one with with God, Holy Spirit, and Jesus. The trinity makes up the human soul as it relations to all three persons of the trinity.

A person' body (Christ), spirit (Holy Spirit), and mind (the understanding and union to which God is the head)

Where in the Gospels did Jesus state this as being of paramount importance or even being important at all?

My choice of option is missing. Jesus's message was to love thy neighbor and make peace. He was a peace loving tree hugger that saw God in everything and everyone. The way to get saved was to realize that we're all in this together. We're all in the same boat.

Jesus told the pharisees they are children of the devil. He said his father (God) was in heaven. He most certainly did not see God in everything and everyone.

Yes to worship God alone, its no one else's business, that's why I don't like organized religions, all they do is imprison us and never let us go.

Yes it is no ones business. God wants you to worship him but he (being one person) has one way he likes to be worshiped. And this is where it gets tricky for those who hate organised religion - you cannot just decide how you want to worship God, he must tell you how he wants to be worshiped. And again since he is one God he will most likely tell everyone the same thing - he won't tell you he thinks abortion is okay and tell someone else he hates it for example.

And birds of a feather flock together. So people of a like mind will gather themselves together and then Bam! just like that you have a church. Furthermore, Jesus said to Peter - "upon this rock I will build my church". So Jesus apparently liked the idea of churches.

The problem with narrowing things down to charity work is that you will have a Justin Beiber who will set up a foundation to do all those things you mentioned above and then (according to your definition of what's important) he suddenly becomes an awesome guy.

And me, us, all of us. That makes four, not three.

The most important message Jesus had was about salvation and to become united with God, not the structure or organization of God itself. Trinity is about how/what God is. Jesus's message about salvation is about human relation to God, which was more important than anything about trinity. Trinity isn't even mentioned by Jesus.

1. Matthew 5:23-24 NIV
“Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to your brother; then come and offer your gift.”

Exactly. That's one of the examples of the most important message by Jesus. It was about humans coming back to God. His message wasn't about the nature of God, but the nature of us and what we can/should do to reconnect with God.

The kingdom of heaven is within you. Ye are gods. Love thy neighbor as yourself. All ties together that we're part of heaven here, right now, and that we're are also gods. What we need is spiritual awakening, i.e. salvation.

"I and the Father are One"
"That all of them may be One, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you."

In Gospel of Thomas:
"I am the Light that is over all things. I am ALL: from me All came forth, and to me all attained."
"Split a piece of wood; I am there. Lift up the stone, and you will find me there."
