On hot summer days, I like cold soups.

My favorites are gazpacho, cold cucumber soup, and okroshka.

Honestly for me, the question is 'what kind of soup do you not like'?

In which I can say tomato soup, clam chowder, certain vegetable soups; but besides that, I love soup. Soup is great!

Homemade chicken noodle soup, potato soup, cheeseburger soup, taco soup, tomato soup (but only with grilled cheese), andCorn Chowder with Lump Crab from Bonefish Grill - Mmmmmm!!! Clam Chowder and New Brunswick Stew too ETA: Egg drop soup - although our local place started using veggies in theirs, and it's just not the same as I'm use to.

I love Gazpacho Soup especially like the one served in Spain,maybe its the Vodka thats put in.
