That looks appetizing. I recognize the cucumber and carrot. Is the yellow some sort of squash?

And I am pretty sure that the green is zucchini or "courgette" if you use English terminology. The yellow ribbons. looks like a yellow summer squash to me. And we just call those "yellow squash" here.:

I googled it and it bears a striking resemblance to a Hot Pocket.
For me it's left over beef (or tofu) casserole in pastry. But in a real pasty tou are supposed to use lamb.
