I think most people who wanted to leave already made their mind up before the campaigning started like myself, the eu has no heart and nothing to unite it with.
In other words, the facts were irrelevant and you'd already formulated an opinion before you knew anything about it.

Not really making the leave voters look good here, kid.

Well yes,I formulated my opinion by looking at the eu for years before, has failure written all over it.

Maybe being clued up is alien to remainers but not to us.

I’m not a big fan of the House of Lords, but Lord Jones and Lord Lawson have got their fingers on the pulse –

Why is there no mention on the downside of leaving the EU ?
Lord Lawson downplays any economic impact there might be. If it is so easy to get good trade agreements with countries outside of the EU then, considering how long he has been involved in politics, why hasn't he sealed those deals yet ?

Yes of course, monty python couldn't write it but its our parliament and answerable to us.

Britain plays an equal part in the politics and management of the EU. all the major decisions have needed our approval.
We share in the appointment of the leadership. we vote for and have our share of MEP's
No EU regulation has ever been passed with out our full approval. we have led the introduction of many of them.

The EU has done more for. and supported our regions , than the government in London ever has.

Spam, wonderful spam (bloody vikings!)
So the pound has devalued, the Europeans are fed up with us, and we are becoming more and more like the USA. Deep joy!

Yes the UK has played its part but now we're leaving its time to move on.

What I love most about this topic is how the British tell themselves again and again that surely the rest of Europe is absolutely scared of the Brexit and even more so of a Brexit without and agreement.

It's really funny.

I wonder if you'll still be laughing when the eu sinks into its own bs.
