Well I suggest less imagining and more critical thinking. Trump was an opportunity that was close to home.
None of us can policew our speech to a degree that some disturbed person would interpret it in some unintended way. I suggest we hold people accountable for their illegal acts, not their mundane language use.
Any rational mind would. You've not demonstrated any link between what Biden said and the shooting. You admit to using your imagination, not following facts to some valid conclusion. Biden gets the benefit of the doubt, and you I consider a sloppy thinker.

Even if there was a letter where the shooter says "Biden said bullseye and I'm going to shoot Trump" there would be no reason to blame Biden for using the word. Jeez, there's a gun range near my house called Bullseye, so if Biden told his staff he was going there to practice his shooting skill would anyone being losing their mind about him saying the word? I'm sure they would, because it's all they have, just some desperate need to pin some blame of Biden for anything. Anything, even if it's absurd and stupid.

Every person who has ever owned a gun knows what putting someone in a. bullseye means, and if a US president says that about his opponent, his opponent will view it the same way every gun owner views it, as did that kid who tried to kill Trump.
A respected German theologian named Dietrich Bonhoeffer wrote The Cost of Discipleship, which focused on the difference between what he called “cheap grace” and the real thing.
Bonhoeffer was attributed with saying, “Silence in the face of evil itself is evil, God will not hold us guiltless.”
Bonhoeffer and other men tried to kill Adolph Hitler and were caught and that was the end of them.
What if the kid who tried to kill Trump is viewed in that context?
I read online that that kid’s passion was politics.
I read that he was the only Republican in his class of liberals.
I read where he challenged hispanic shoolmate, who was pro-Trump in 2016.
So, that kid was against Trump that far back.
And, he was a Republican.
And, he donated $15 to Biden’s PAC on the day Biden was sworn in as president, about 2 weeks after Trump tried the coup.
In that context, the kid could be viewed as a hero in some circles.
Moreso, if you factor in Trump’s admiration of Adolph Hitler and Vladimir Putin.
Moreso, if you factor in photos and film clips of the January 6 coup attempt show the oceans of white people.
A picture is worth a thousand words.
