What do you mean? Do you mean to ask when humans can know all there is to know? I'd say never.

Not just that. There are also intrinsic limits to the ways in which humans can perceive and understand the territory of the universe. A human will never be able to experience things like a robin does or a tree does, for example.

When will science discover the whole universe ? Possible or Impossible ? what do you think.
I find this attitude to what science really is about to be flawed on several levels. First because scientists are still working to understand our immediate environment and such a hypothetical possibility seems to compare science with mysticism. Second, because scientists do their best (or should) to accomplish realistic goals and also reasonable goals in light of resources waste. This does not mean that scientists do not aim for breakthroughs, it simply means that a vague idea to discover the whole universe does not mean much.
Maybe scientists would be an element in the discovery of off world phenomena, but they would be part of larger enterprises of colonizers, explorers, and industries. So the term discoveries is a bit lacking.
What does it exactly mean to discover the whole universe? To send human scouts in all its directions and map all of its far reaches?

That's true; I did think about something similar to this. Admittedly, I thought about bees and ducks. Not quite as cool sounding. :D

Than, what are their limits ?

Far, far too many to list out exhaustively (in addition to limitations depending on the individual organism in question). Everything that any organism experiences is framed and limited by its physiological capabilities.

Given the limited speed of light and the accelerating expansion of space-time, there are many parts of the Universe which we can never explore or even observe. That would represent a pretty big limitation to our knowledge base.

Ah, and the lack of time travel machines also puts a serious snag in understanding anything other than the "right now" and that which leaves traces to be analyzed in the "right now." Countless things will never be known by humans given the evidence for them simply doesn't exist anymore.

I don't think anyone will ever discover the whole universe if there is such thing, like it just doesn't come to a brick wall and that's that lol.

It means its an childish act to deny the possibility of God existence until science discover the whole universe, is it ?
