And how consciousness evolved to interact with the senses and both work in harmony?
Because there is a selective advantage for them to work in harmony. Organisms where the senses do not works in harmoniously with the consciousness will be selected against, they will die out without passing on their genes.. Organisms where the senses work more harmoniously with consciousness will be selected for and they will pass on their genes in greater number. This is evolution 101.

And don't think that our senses work in perfect harmony with our consciousness. Our consciousness sometimes causes us to misinterpret the input we get from our sensory organs. But they are harmonious enough and in a way that has allowed us to survive. But people die everyday because their senses were not in harmony with their consciousness.

Why the born baby aren't conscious? why consciousness develop later on?
IOW we born with the senses but consciousness isn't.

We are not talking about human babies, we are talking about how senses and consciousness evolved in the first place. We are talking about microscopic single celled organisms, and then following the evolutionary process from there.

I mentioned human babies as an example for the fact that they're born not aware of the surrounding.

Senses evolved first. There are plenty of creatures that have senses but are not conscious. Plants can sense the presence of sunlight and grow towards it, for example.

Senses without consciousness has no value, similarly consciousness without senses has no value.

How senses and consciousness evolved simultaneously, was it due to plan or just happened by chance?
Senses without consciousness have great value.

yes
yes
no its been examined and I am not throwing assumptions.

Okay. Give me one evidence of creation of intelligence.

If our awareness is a created thing, then it has no objective power. The process that generated it, determines our intelligence and its outputs. There is no other option.
