Please use the term LDS and yes there have been logistics from Him.

His logistics are that we should take an hour less of Church and study the scriptures 6 days a week to get a profound understanding. We should do it in our families, with friends or individually if we have to. By studying scripture, we will be helping the Church to spread and to make everyone happy on Earth and increase our own worthiness to help save the earth through ministering. We should even minister to Jews where appropriate.

This come follow me manual is our curriculum for 2020. In 2019, we read the whole New Testament.

Conversion Is Our Goal

None of that is war logistics.

Are you pulling all this war logistics stuff out of your rear end, or is that actually LDS doctrine?

One reason we have prophets is because they can see what's going on and what times and seasons we live in better than we do.

The physical fight is just barely seen on the horizon.

As you can see, any money right now is used to help us increase personal testimony and share what we know with others for their happiness and fulfillment.

Allegedly, yes. So, war logistics?

The physical fight is just barely seen on the horizon.

A prophet should be able to see it clearly then. So, war logistics?

As you can see, any money right now is used to help us increase personal testimony and share what we know with others for their happiness and fulfillment.

Not if it's being stockpiled for the end times, no.

Did Noah stop building the ark because everyone laughed at him or thought he was evil or because they were evil?

I'm not the prophet. I just know from scriptures that there's going to be a fight eventually. And like Noah building the ark, we have every right to look foolish now.

We are fully invested in preaching the gospel for now. That is the whole logistics for now.

My Church has never had a financial scandal in its entire history. I hope this accusation turns out OK for them. I never heard of a second coming fund.

And like Revolutiongiest says, they believe the second coming is coming soon and money can help them fight for Christ to win.

To win what exactly?

The day of Christ's return is a day of judgment, detailed in the Scriptures as a time of battle, a great and fear-inspiring day of darkness and burning anger, a day of fury, distress, anguish, desolation, and alarm. It is the time of the greatest tribulation in mankind's history. (Matthew 24:21)

God told his wayward nation through his prophet Amos. “It will be darkness, and no light, just as when a man flees because of the lion, and the bear actually meets him; and as when he went into the house and supported his hand against the wall, and the serpent bit him.” (Amos 5:18-20)

Isaiah was told: “Look! The day of the Lord itself is coming, cruel both with fury and with burning anger.” (Isaiah 13:9) “That day is a day of fury, a day of distress and of anguish, a day of storm and of desolation, a day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick gloom.” (Zephaniah 1:15) During such a time of trouble, one’s money will be absolutely worthless.....“Into the streets they will throw their very silver . . . Neither their silver nor their gold will be able to deliver them in the day of the Lord’s fury.” (Ezekiel 7:19; Zephaniah 1:18)

All of these prophesies pointed forward to this one time of judgment. There will be nowhere to run...nowhere to hide.

If anyone thinks that they can buy their way out of that, then IMO, they are fooling themselves.

Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
Well, you know, if you read it, it must be true. ;)

...... There may possibly be a fund with $1 billion dollars in it (although I rather doubt it), but a "Second Coming Fund"? What on earth for?

I'm wondering that myself. What the heck is a second coming fund anyways?

We're not buying our way out. We're trying to bring happiness to people and hope that we can get more people, including ourselves, to survive the second coming.
Matthew 24:21, Amos 5:18-20 and Isaiah 13:9 all point to the righteous being rescued when you read the verses around them.

In my opinion, Zephaniah 1:15, Ezekiel 7:19 and Zephianiah 1:18 are about previous destruction before the second coming.

If you do not contend with me on my interpretation I won't contend with you on yours.

I have my doubts the way he always needs money. Maybe he does do that, but he does he blow it all on blow? Gambling? Hookers? Where is gods money going?
Well those are things you'll never find the leaders of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints spending anything on. That is certain!

Joseph Smith was charged 100 times and had to spend a lot of his life in jail and was never found guilty of anything. Neither will you find our leaders ever with cocaine, gambling, hookers or male prostitutes. That is something I know. Only 15 leaders of the Church get any money at all, it's less than $100,000/yr each, and it goes to traveling.
