Who is Satan? Or what does Satan represent to you?

The Prince of Darkness is the archetype of Man's Isolate Consciousness and the presenter of our Black Flame.
You may know this archetype as Azazel / Iblis

Our Black Flame? What is that?

Yes, Iblees is indeed one of the names of the Prince of Darkness (who is for me an actual, real entity rather than simply an archetype).

Sure, but there are plenty good forces
Can you name three good forces?
and good people in the world too.
I agree.

I think there is ONE good force. Why do I think so? I have deduced it by reading the words of wise ancient people. "Nobody is good, except one, God", "All good gifts and perfect presents come from The Father".

If there were many evil forces, they could surround goodness. It's math.

Gabriel, Michael and Lucifer.

Only if your one good Force was not strong enough to combat the many evil forces, or there were no other good forces.
Interesting. I do not think heavenly thoughts, but I see you do.

If there are real people up in heaven, the force which makes them go is ONE imo.

Heaven's force is for peace, not combat. I am sure.

The fruits of God's spirit are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, mildness and self-control.

So is there no goodness in the world? No godly love?

Please notice the hallmark or identifying mark of goodness and godly love as found in Jesus' NEW commandment at John 13:34-35.
Goodness and godly love would be marked by those today who by word and action display the same self-sacrificing love as Jesus displayed.

A Battle rages at the heart of the universe.

Interesting observation ^above^ because of what Jesus said at Matthew 12:34-36; Matthew 12:37; Matthew 15:11; Matthew 15:19
We all have a battle within us, for out of the mouth only comes good words from a good person.
So, we should all strive to lean / toward righteousness.

I do not think what you see is a battle of the universe. I suspect what you see is a battle for territorial supremacy here on the Earth.

That is not what I was referring to (although that is a part of the Battle between The God/dess and Satan).

So there is both badness and goodness in the world?

Tell me more about this Prince of Darkness.
Rumplestilskin. <3

Per the sacred story Once Upon a Time, his father abandoned him to become an immortal power hog who still decorates Neverland with just a few shoddy huts instead of, I dunno, a metropolis or something. He was taken in by kind spinsters, but eventually, through cowardice brought on by never feeling the love of his father, injured himself in war and his wife left him with the baby. He begs for help from the previous Prince of Darkness, inherits his powers, and psychotically murders, like, a LOT of people. Even Hades was scared of his powers eventually. Even though he finally found someone to love him in return, the Dark One can never truly love, even when his heart is thoroughly purified, because he inherited his father's fallen nature to love power more than anything.

God less likely owns the Force and most likely IS the Force.

I might be wrong, but it seems right to me. A gang of weak and stupid people can do a lot of damage. One stupid, weak person can't do much.
But people can also gang up and do the RIGHT thing.

For those of you who believe Satan is a real being/entity, who is Satan? Where did he/it/she/they come from? What is Satan's relationship to other beings/entities, including deities, Angels (if you believe in them) and human beings?

For those of you who view Satan more figuratively or metaphorically, and not as a real being/entity, what does Satan represent to you?

It represents a fear mongerring tactic used by the church in order to control peasants and otherwise scare people into submission. Creating Satan is inconsistent with a perfectly moral God.

Because the word is Judaic; ha satan while the principles of the Prince of Darkness extend much further back in time.
The principle of Prince of Darkness may extend further back, but it seems to have skipped Judaism on its way forward.
No where is such a concept linked with satan in Judaism and the term doesn't even exist in Jewish literature.
I guess the two concepts were only combined in Christianity.

One only needs to read about Belial in Judaism to see the Prince at work.

Belial in Judaism is not a character, its an adjective meaning "without yoke [of G-d]" on him/them. Its synonymous with "wicked", not "satan".
Nor does this name appear in a book I have describing various destructive entities.
I guess along with "Prince of Darkness", this is another foreign concept attatched to a word in Tanach by later Christians.
