Why are Atheists on Religiousforums?

The Hindu forum is really nice. It is a shame I was gone so long.

People should enjoy defending what they do. Being in the grace of better debaters makes you stronger.

Education is great. I love learning about Religion, among the other humanities.
From what I have seen, yes.

If you aren't interested in the discussion or exchange of ideas then why are you here?

LoL, you are all the same  I'm a member here about a few weeks and have been accused at least 5-6 times by some atheist posters about the things which I have never said  this is really an interesting ability to distort what people say and also quite dangerous, may have very bad consequences, maybe not here but in real life. You are doing the same thing too o_O and here is the important point for you; I put two of them in ignore . I ve never said I dont want to discuss anything. To discuss about something and trying to impose something on others persistently, these are quite different things.

I have asked that same question of people like noX and as yet, gotten no straight answer. Yet, they, as a group either state they will ignore this who disagree or they simply wish us to go away. The odd thing is that I am a theist. Who knew?

LoL because you are really so boring

It has been my experience very few muslims will even actually answer a question in a straight forward manner.
So true. Just like the answer I just got from noX about me being so boring. It's deflective and more than a little defensive and more than that, it's childish. Sorry to be so rude but it is the truth regarding statements such as that. And btw, not just Muslims outhouse, a few of most religions.

I thought about that before you even posted this and already had it changed before your reply hit :D

I could not leave the ultra orthodox OTHER theist out who flat refuse to answer questions in a straight forward manner

What do you mean specifically by "impose?" It seems like you mean to say "convince."

Hehehe... Actually, it was me who should have known better. I do tend to reply quickly when I am here.

Would this be the thing you didn't say?

Then leave us aloneeee : ) I'm not interested with what you believe in, do the same. Why are your trying to impose your atheism on others. Do you think that the only clever person on the earth is you ? :tongueout: (einstein tongue)

Moving along...

Distorting? Let's look at that post of yours again.

You told outhouse you weren't interested in what he believes. You said you wanted him to stop showing an interest in what you believe and to leave you alone. So if you aren't going to debate with people or explain what you believe then why are you here? That sounds more belligerent than I mean it to; I'm really just curious.

and here is the important point for you; I put two of them in ignore .

Congratulations. If you're inclined to block people rather than debate them then that says more about you.

To discuss about something and trying to impose something on others persistently, these are quite different things.

And from what I've seen, outhouse hasn't tried to "impose" anything on you at all. If you can't tell the difference between 'discuss' and 'impose' then I suggest you consult a dictionary and/or a thesaurus.

Disbelief in gods doesn't instill authority, brains or humility.
We atheists (all the others, anyway) can be such jerks, eh?
Yes of course that's true, but this was a forum full of jerks, well more than most other forums I have been on......yes and I know I have been a jerk also lol.
