My avatars seem to change with my mood. Sometimes I just come across a picture I like and want to use it, or I may just get bored with the one I have. Here are a few of my past ones. I think the first one is one I had for quite some time that some people may be most familiar with. It is definitely one of my favorites.

I must be lazy, have kept mine since joining :p. The children are very cute, you must be proud. :D. I recognise the last two you have posted, perhaps I recall them from last time I was here or something. Maybe I'm overthinking, but what does the 4th one represent?

The fourth one is actually from my Celtic Dragon Tarot deck. From the Temperance card.

Thanks! That's interesting, I think I may look into tarot more, I have always been curious. I think I need to exercise my self-control when posting here at times :D

I was thinking of updating my info and avatar this morning but changed my mind.

I use the current picture because it's mine. It's random. I don't have to worry about crediting anyone for it. I used to use fairies and pictures of myself - both I'm sure got old to others after a while.

I pick avatars purely because I like the way they look (although I did have one of The Mask a while back because I love the character).

I have odd aesthetic taste I guess!

It was on fire when I laid down on it.
I switch my avatar out pretty often. But I really like this one - it fits my sense of mischief, with a dose of vintage glam thrown in (the photo is from around 1900). It's from the Art Nouveau era and that's one of my favorite art styles.
