What I find most fascinating about this "Great Business Man" is that this one should have been a slam dunk...
No one in the world likes Nazis, and they have even more disdain for these so called Neo-Nazis, who are so awesome and manly that they had to go pull the tiki torches off of their mom's back deck and fill them with new torch oil before they could go on chanting about how "these streets are ours!". (I like to imagine all of the small things that lead up to a certain event, like Bill The Racist standing in line at Home Depot with his new quart of lamp oil, wondering what life would have been like had he not let his anger get the best of him when he was still dating Brenda... I wonder is he used a funnel to fill the torch canister or if he decided that he was too good for that and just tried it pour it like he would a pitcher of sweet tea. If he's like most of us, he realized after the fact that leaving your canisters in place over a whole season will cause the bottoms to rust away, which is why they were empty in the first place. So he had to then drive BACK to Home Depot in a anti-zionist fueled rage to purchase a 4 pack of new canisters because you can't buy just one. "This is not so bad" Bill thought to himself with dignified relief..."I'll log into the Daily Stormer when I get back home and let everyone know that I'm bringing extras just in case any of my white bothers need one!")
Idiots.
Anyway, Trump desperately needs something worthy of praise. He needs to develop some actual bragging rights and, as little as it might have been, bashing Nazis would have unified him, at least for a moment, with everyone. All he had to do was come out and talk about how these "losers", were a blight on society, maybe mention the beauty of diversity and our national unified stance against bigotry, hatred, or violence in the name of pre-conquered ideologies... The only thing he had to do was give condolences to those injured, mention Ms. Heyer's life, and condemn white supremacy. In what Universe is that not the only OBVIOUS response? But no, this "Great Business Man" decided to vaguely blame "both sides" (only one of which murdered anyone) and then went on some rant about the media making him look bad. And what's even more ridiculous, is that I know what he was trying to say! He's just completely unable to express what that is and he has no idea when or how to communicate it.
How anything he's ever touched has been successful is still a mystery to me.
