Why have Islamic nations been so easy to corrupt?

Hello. I just wanted some varied opinions from all you crazy kids out there.

Whether it be UK, or America, Russia, Saudi Arabia... why are so many countries so easily corrupted by the Western influences that are often being claim to be fought?

I noticed this issue where the West is identified as the cause of some problem in the ME (which has, no doubt, happened in various ways and times), but there seems to be a bit a disagreement about how much "West" is influencing even given region.

So then my question is, why has it been so easy for Islamic nations to be manipulated from outside forces.

I'm just curious as to what all the possible answer might be. Thanks.

Largely for the same reason non-Muslim nations become corrupt. Inability of the population to act. Unwillingness to act. Politics... Corruption of Muslims nations is overt while in your example nations it is covert. Many just have not caught on that their nations are just as or more corrupt than the overt ones. An alternative is they turn a blind eye to the corruption and vote the corrupt into office.

I also wanna add Malaysia and Brunei and maybe Indonesia too... perhaps even Turkey (Muslim countries, FYI). Adds more to the diversity of cultures.

Does anyone know of a muslim-majority country where blatant corruption is not customary?

I wonder: do corrupt societies find islam attractive, or does islam make them corrupt, or are both the result of some third factor that causes the correlation?

Muslim majority as in ~61% in Malaysia, ~67% in Brunei, ~72% in Turkey and ~87% in Indonesia?

As for the last question, I wonder too, but I don't think those are not the only options to it

Still, it is advised by all ulama not to say wahabi, and this is term used by enemies of islam.
Because wahabi comes Al-Wahab, and they say whatever evil is advocated by Al-Wahab and his followers. So this is really conspiracy by the kuffar.
