Who said it had to be a female? Feminine values consists of mentality. Manginas exists for that reason. Masculinity simply follows the abstract of action orientated basically. Feminine is sensitivity and such things "which also can lead to suicide honestly" but there is cons and pros with both.
I'm not clear on what you are saying here, so why don't we start with some definitions to ensure the meaning of words we are using is commonly understood between us;

From dictionary.com;
Mangina is a
derogatory term for any man perceived as effeminate, especially used online to put down men who identify as feminists. It can also insult the genitals of persons of all gender identities.
So as I'm reading your posts it looks as though you are associating being action orientated with normal men, and being mentally manipulative with normal women or effeminate men.
But I associate being mentally manipulative with manipulative people, who seem to come from either gender. So I don't see what it has to do with effeminate men or women, other than that like masculine men both these categories contain mentally manipulative people.
In my opinion.
