Worst Movie Ever?

Idiocracy, pretentious garbage, badly made, badly filmed, badly scripted, no heart and no brain, it is like a film made by a comittee of socially aware, joyless hacks who think they 'get it' and no one else does, but it truth there isn't much to get. A one note script with no finesse, and it isn't even funny.

I kind of hate this movie.

I read all four twilight books just so I could definitively say "THEY SUCK!!!!!"

umm... bad movies?

I saw Law-abiding Citizen the other day and that was an epic fail.
the X-men movies(actually all superhero movies)
Spoof movies(everything after scary movie 1)
G.I.Joe is passable if you are really stoned
AvP 1 and 2

Too many to mention really.

I have to disagree with you on several of your mentions.

Superhero movies... a lot of them certainly are paint-by-numbers dreck, I won't disagree with you on that. Fantastic Four stands out as being absolute rubbish. But some superhero movies are excellent. I'd recommend "Watchmen", which was released earlier this year - intelligent, stylish, insightful, and disregarded just about all superhero movie cliches (and the graphic novel it is based on is excellent, for that matter). Another satire, but in a far lighter vein would be Pixar's "The Incredibles". I also enjoyed the role of The Joker in both "Batman" and "The Dark Knight", who turns both of those otherwise ordinary movies into something special indeed. The first Spiderman movie was quite decent, too, but I can't speak for the sequels.

As for spoof movies... yes, some of the new crop are rather juvenile. Bad characters, bad dialog, bad acting... but some spoof movies are rather special. I love "Doctor Strangelove" for example, and for something less serious, "The Naked Gun" was quite enjoyable, too.

I haven't watched the other two, so I can't really comment either way.

A.I: Artificial Intelligence by Stephen Spielberg. It's is not actually worst. It's just that the ending is sad. :(

Blair Witch Project. --- hands down --- the worst movie ever made.

Since Blair witch, I have not been influenced by commercials about a new movie.

Unfortunately I fell for the bait twice... I'm still irate about Paranormal Activity, so right now it is it...

I hate to say never again... because I would really hate to miss an actually scary and disturbing movie, but right now that is the way I am feeling about watching supposedly "horrifying" movies in theater...

A Night at the Roxbury - Too stupid to sit through. I was in a room full of guys in my Reserve Unit and not a one of us could bear to watch it past about 20 to 30 minutes in. All of us had agreed it HAD to be turned off. It's THAT bad.

Oh, and anything with Steven Seagal. The WORST actor ever. Period.

Bah! No movie mentioned so far comes even close to:

Lawnmowerman 2

This was epically bad! I went to the cinema to see it. After the previews, the screen moved inwards to reveal the glory of standard res square vision. That's right, it was the first and only movie I saw at the cinemas in 4:3 resolution.

It was a horrifically bad movie.

Ahh the days before the internet reviews. 1996.

Lawnmower Man 2: Beyond Cyberspace (1996)

whereismynotecard

Treasure Hunter
Burn After Reading

The preview made it look like it was going to be funny, but the only funny parts of it were in the preview... so there was about 30 seconds of the movie worth watching. If you are interested in that movie, I'd suggest to just watch the trailer for it. The rest of it is just stupid crap.
