Why do you want to see his tax returns? Other than he said he would release that at a "latter" date and that date has not gotten here.

Do you think he did anything illegal? If you do see them do you think you are more qualified to make a decision about the "legality" of them than the tax layers he hired or the IRS who looked at them.

That is not what is dangerous. What's dangerous is that Trump ran as the "tells it like it is" candidate and promised to release his tax returns before the election. Then he lied and dissembled about it. He kept coming up with spurious reasons for breaking the promise.
And the thing is, his business acumen was his sole credential. Unless you want to count media manipulation and Twitter battles. His tax returns could have bolstered that claim or destroyed it. His lying about it and refusing to back up his claim that he is a brilliant businessman speaks volumes about him. And the fact that his supporters don't care about lies, as long as they are lies they like, speaks volumes about them.
