The best way to support the troops is to BRING THEM HOME! I can't honestly say that supporting a war that only benefits Haliburton and Exxon, keeps young men and women away from their homes and families, and lets them die in some hostile, foriegn land supports the troops in ANY way.
Its funny that many of you consider this world a paradise. I tend to belive it to be the antithesis of paradise, what some would call Hell. It is here that one must gain the knowledge to lead them to "paradise".
I belive the concept of the Christian Holy Trinity was offically adopted, and the parameters of "Father, Son, & Holy Spirit" set by, the Council of Nicea in 325 AD. The idea was around before then, but that is where it was offically made part of the Orthodox Christian theology.

I was under the assumption "gnostic" refered to a sect of Chrisianity. Gnostic comes from the greek word "gnosis" meaning knowledge (also one of the ship names in the Matrix trilogy along with "Logos" or "word"). I wasn't aware there where other religous sects that refer to themselves as "Gnostics".
Another note on the Cathars, they were wiped out by the Catholic church for their "heretical" beliefs in the Albigensian Crusade, the only crusade that involved Europeans killing fellow Europeans.
