The Pirates who don't do Anything

It's even funnier when one of the band members (the one with the accordion) is in his Jack Sparrow outfit *giggles*

The Pirates who don't do Anything

A bunch of people I know from NYF do Scarby. Though, most people do PARF and Pennsic. I've never been to anything outside of NYRF though. =(

The Pirates who don't do Anything

It's NYRF, in Tuxedo NY (not to be confused with the smaller faire in sterling forest)

    Is there a reason...

Well, this wouldn't be the first time several people thought you were ridiculing them, and you had no clue. What a pattern. :D

    What is...

Not that I know of. It would be pretty hard to compile a list, since people who spam sometimes use automatic spamming programs, and/or have creative ways of being untraceable.

    What is...

It seems to happen a lot on Wikipedia - linkspammers edit several pages to include links to their website, and because the link appears on Wikipedia, which is a popular site, it causes the page to rank higher in search engines. It's a pretty underhanded way to drive traffic to your site.

Which is MOST important to do with your life?

None of the above. I don't think I can pinpoint one single thing that my life is based upon. At least not something that is not subjective.

Are you a Ron Paul supporter without even knowing it?

I don't think so. If a person agrees with the ideas presented by someone, it doesn't mean much of anything beyond that they agree. In order to support a candidate, one has to actually declare support. In that way, nobody can be supporting a politician without knowing it.

To those moderators who remain ...

Well, I and others would consider this a community with people who care about each other, and the way people are treated within it, not just a random conglomeration of pixels and words, with automatons who only talk about one subject. There are far more topics that are religious in nature than...

Do You Have Harvest Festivals In The US?

Not in a national sense, and it seems only Churches that think Halloween is some ghastly evil Satanic conspiracy to murder children and deconvert teenagers have "Harvest Festivals", but harvest festivals are widely celebrated in Pagan communities and groups in the US.

To those moderators who remain ...

I didn't say I was in favor of making mod threads public, I was simply clarifying Buttons' post because I thought it was being misunderstood.

To those moderators who remain ...

I think you may have missed the point of what Buttons was saying. She was saying that there should be an opportunity for members to see what is said when discussing reported posts, because members don't know if the dicussions are kept on the topic of the report, or move to complaining about the...

To those moderators who remain ...

There's a bit of a difference: private messages between members don't effect the entire community or any member not involved in that discussion. Reported posts discussions certainly do effect the member reported, who isn't involved in the discussion, and can effect many other people depending...

    Ask MysticSang'ha anything

Your apparent attachment to this forum causes me pain, because I have to read your posts. They are quite painful.

    Ask MysticSang'ha anything

If you're suggesting that no Buddhist should have any attachment at all, perhaps you ought to take some time to consider that your computer, and your membership on this forum is an attachment. One that many would be happier if you'd let go of it.

    Role Models?

    Nope.
  17. MaddLlama

To those moderators who remain ...

Well, most people are willing to abide by community standards. There's a reason we have them, and the mods expect people to abide by them if they want to continue to be a member. People have several chances to find a way to abide by those rules before a ban is an option. The people who earn...

Are crop circles works of art, given to us from from heaven, as signs of warning in these last days?

The proof can't be that obvious if two days ago you were going on about how wonderful God is to be sending messages through beautiful crop circles. Credibility. Toilet. Down. There's really no saving this, and not making yourself look like a lunatic.

Are crop circles works of art, given to us from from heaven, as signs of warning in these last days?

That's a modern crop circle based on ancient myths. I'm asking you what ancient myths recorded, say from the Greeks or Celts, mentioned anything about crop circles that Satan would want to use? Straws. Grasping. The end.
