Does anyone else watch this?
I have to admit I'm obsessed with this show. I don't watch drama TV, I just watch this (only keeping up with the Kalahari Meerkat Project, I get no surprises in the episodes, really).
Nope. He's an atheist (though, I prefer to call him an "apatheist" :)). Generally we don't discuss religion at all, and he doesn't get involved with my home spirituality or Circles. He doesn't mind that I decorate the house like a crazy Pagan though, and that's good.
My guild just put Gruul and Kara on farm, and we're just starting to think about going to The Eye and SSC. BT and Hyjal are way out of our reach for now, not to mention Magtheridon. As far as I know, even the top guilds on my server haven't even gotten enough people attuned for Mount Hyjal to...
I've run into a number of books and pages on the subject in my research of Celtic things (even going at it from a Pagan angle it's pretty unavoidable), so I figured I'd post some info links here for people to take a look at.

I'm really annoyed about this "expansion once a year" thing. They haven't even finished putting in all of the content in BC yet, and they seem to be pandering only to the people who do nothing else but play the game, and they sort of just kick the more casual players when they're down.
I would...
I don't see why it wouldn't work. My husband is an atheist, and I'm a Pagan and we make it work pretty well. There's a very simple solution: I believe what I want to believe in, do my spiritual activities in and out of the home by myself, we generally don't talk about it.
When it comes to kids...
No it doesn't. In Gaelic (where the word actually comes from) it means "magician", or something similar. The word has nothing to do with trees of any kind. There is also scant evidence that the Irish and Scotts Celts placed a very high importance on the worship and/or meaning of trees.
And...
Research, and experience. There's a great community of Celtic Recons and ADF druids who know their stuff, but really it comes down to the research. Anything you read on the subject of Celtic history, mythology, Druids etc, learn not to just trust what it says is true, and check the books in the...
Hairspray was a good movie! (Though, it's disturbing that when I see Christopher Walken all I can think of is Sleepy Hollow.. lol)
I didn't see HSM, 1 or 2, but I don't have kids, so there's not much reason to :)
Someone said something really funny about BE's to me yesterday:
Rolling a Blood Elf doesn't make you Horde to the core. It makes you Alliance to the core, but you just want to play with the cool kids.
:D So very true.
