The stoning of the adulteress story is against the death penalty but is there anything else?
From the NIV 2011 Bible:

i.e. it was added later.
In my version of it the words are normally in red for the words of...
So you're saying the Zerubbabel and Shealtiel in Matthew were different to the Zerubbabel and Shealtiel in Luke? But there was a prophecy about it.... I thought the prophecy would apply to the Zerubbabel who built the temple - not to another non-famous one. So it isn't fulfilling the prophecy....
Luke 1:36 says that Elizabeth was a relative of Mary - that means that Mary might also be a descendent of Aaron (Moses' brother). If Mary is a descendent of David then maybe Elizabeth and her son John the Baptist is too....
Is there any verse in the Bible that suggests that Luke's genealogy refers to Mary? Note in Luke 1:27 it says:
But you're saying that Mary is also a descendant of David....
So both genealogies have Zerubbabel and his father Shealtiel but Shealtiel has different fathers. An explanation for this is that Zerubbabel and his father Shealtiel aren't the same people in both genealogies. But there is a prophecy that Jesus would be a descendent of Zerubbabel and his father...
Do you think a curious kitten is genuinely curious or is it simulating curiosity? And do you consider it to be self aware?
Sometimes brain damage can affect behaviour, personality and memories.... do you consider those things to be part of the mind?
Elon Musk wants to create an AI that is very curious - that would care about deep stuff....

I mean like a Bible commentary, etc, that makes the same point that you are making. It seems like maybe you came up with the theory yourself.... BTW are you saying that Mary is the daughter of Heli? (even though it says that Joseph is the son of Heli)
You said "Women aren't included in Jewish biblical lineages"
??????? BTW why isn't there a NIV footnote that says that Luke involves Mary's genealogy? On the other it says that the trinity verse wasn't in the original:
https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=1+john+5%3A7-8&version=NIV
and...
I don't think that is the case - from Matthew 1:
Where is the proof that Heli was the father of Mary? It seems the reasoning is that it is just an attempt to explain the apparent contradictions in the genealogies.
In the original Greek there doesn't seem to be any mention of Mary or mother or daughter, etc....

Also in Luke 1:27 there is:
Luke 3:23 says "He was the son, so it was thought, of Joseph, the son of Heli". Where does it say in the Bible that Mary's father was Heli? If it does it seems that Mary AND Joseph's father is Heli.
In Matthew Shealtiel's father is Jeconiah - in Luke there is also Shealtiel who is a descendent...
This is what I found in my research: (quoted in this thread)
Also:
If Luke was talking about Mary's genealogy it should be more obvious and the theory should have originated much earlier.... (rather than in the seventh century)
Also the genealogies in Matthew and Luke both include governor...
Yes including Rahab who was a Canaanite prostitute even though in Deuteronomy 20:16-18 God said to kill all of the Canaanites. But Rahab saved some spies by lying (and she also was faithful to the Israelite God).
About suffering:
There are scenarios where a person could consent to suffering but forgot this choice..... but they'd remember this choice when they "woke up".
The first scenario is the Roy game from Rick and Morty:
Well Rick forced the game onto Morty but Rick thought it was a good idea...
Well I guess you're inviting me to talk some more about my book/ebook....
I'm not sure if there is another book that covers so many topics related to Christmas while only being about 30 pages long. (I've even got maps and that genealogy diagram - and lots of illustrations)
The topics include...
BTW I was just rereading my virgin Mary section is thought this was important to note:
"Like Luke, the Quran says that Mary was visited by the angel, Gabriel, and that Mary was a virgin."
Though of course Isaiah 7:14 wouldn't have originally have said "virgin".
