    Yes I recently read . Not eating for an entire day once a month (water only) is good for you . And there is also no rule of thumb how much we should eat in one sitting verses through out the day .

    I have had it since I was 15 . I don't have the "loose" part you describe. I have cracking and popping. And its mostly on one side.And its bad Im 45 now. Im like POP .Did y'all hear that? My advice? NEVER chew gum. And do not ever stick anything in your mouth bigger than a cucumber.:)

    You need to go to a doctor . Not a forum IMHO to guide you on your binge eating issues. Most people do not understand bulemia because most people aren't bulemics. I had an early experience with a bulemic. And she needed deep psychological and medical help. Not chit chat on a forum.
