    That would have been awesome to see on a big/ at once scale, where it effected churches. It obviously happens since then as i am one of them but not to that degree.

    There were more than 2 commandments. Those were the top 2. Dont put words in people's mouths or assume anything, it only makes you look foolish. Jesus said he wouldnt abandom his followers. The churches only claimed to follow him while they werent- they abandoned Jesus.

    And now there are all different sects of that church teaching different things. A diffetent teaching fro the Greek scriptures would mean they arent part of Jesus' congregation.

    What would the "essence" be? He is Gods son and did his will perfectly. He said "If yove seen me youve seen the Father" showing that if God were in his place the exact same thing would have been carried out.

    Yes extra deep details are great to get a better sense of a situation, but as long as translations are accurate with the message that is the main thing.
