God wants everyone to be saved

You said he created it. You are wrong. Disobedience is what Adam and Eve created. But its all semantics i suppose. The point is there is sin and the result is a broken relationship with God and death.

Why was God's name removed from most bibles?

I realize originally there may have been punctuation added to get it right. Today its not needed. If someone uses "Yhwh" people know who you refer. Theres never been such a command or hint that Gods name cant be used outside of being exact Hebrew or that it is wrong. The only way its wrong is to...

God wants everyone to be saved

He told them what to do and they ignored him creating sin themselves. God just put a name to it.

Did you know Jesus is considered as a different god according to scripture?

Before you reply back with John 1:1 in an English version(which will be addressed below) that capitalized "god" when referring to Jesus know that all punctuation, including what to capitalize or lower case was in the hands of the translator. Its best to let scripture explain scripture. Know that...

God wants everyone to be saved

God didnt invent sin. He created beings with free will. Some choose a life against his standards. His house, his rules.

Is It Reasonable to Believe Gods Don't Exist?

Its reasonable as we cant see them and they dont talk directly to us. However creation leaves them without an excuse. Anyone that finds a cabin in the woods would know it had a designer/builder. The same goes with studying all we see and know about- theres far too much order and design for it to...

What do you mean by a unity?

    Your opinion. Thanks.

Why was God's name removed from most bibles?

Jehovah is a different language so of course a different pronunciation! Jehovah is also a name that only belongs to Yhwh....no one else. While you seem to think LORD is a good replacement? Good thing no one elsr has ever been called LORD or your arguement would look petty and rediculous...

Why was God's name removed from most bibles?

Isnt 1 of the 2 greatest commandments to love God with everything? How would someone know which God? Its obvious because Jesus was quoting the commandments which stated Gods name. 200 ceturies later some want to claim "listen to Jesus" while they clearly ignore him.

Why was God's name removed from most bibles?

There is. Jehovah was used for his name it latin and it carried over. You must assume it needs to be said only in Hebrew and only perfect phonetically. Poor Hebrews that ever had a lisp or speech problem such as Moses. Its a good thing God knows more than Hebrew and looks at the hearts. Its an...

Why was God's name removed from most bibles?

There is no good excuse for excluding Gods name from his own message. Thinking one is being righteous by doing so is absurd. It could have remained in Hebrew like "Hallalujah" did, which means Praise Jah or praise Yhwh.

Why was God's name removed from most bibles?

Translating the scriptures casually is what happened. Which means not translating it accurately. Its not a translators job to put his own beliefs into a translation.

That wouldnt be "translating". They should be fired.

Are soul and spirit the same? What are they in bible context?

Over the centuries those words have come to have different meanings/beliefs than the original. When discussing these words in scriptural context its important to know what they meant then, not what people think it means now. When we put todays beliefs on them we come up with different teachings...

Are soul and spirit the same? What are they in bible context?

The evidence is that scripture. An easier translation may help.... 'So it is written: “The first man Adam became a living person.” The last Adam became a life-giving spirit.'"

Are soul and spirit the same? What are they in bible context?

Thats true, there is no soul without sprit and body. There is spirit without soul or body. So soul and spirit, while they go together arent equal to each other.

Are soul and spirit the same? What are they in bible context?

SOUL Hebrew word nephesh or the Greek word psykhe basically refers to people, animals, or the life that a person or an animal has 1.People "This is the word that Jehovah has commanded, ‘Pick up some of it, each one in proportion to his eating. YOU are to take an omer measure for each...

Did you know the English rendering of "hell" in the bible created a false teaching from its original languages?

There are no scriptures saying the spirit dies or gets destoyed. It only says when the life(soul) is dead the spirit(breath, energy) goes out and returns to God. The scriptures dont conclude that the spirit is inactive or dormant. Its Gods energy, he can use it for something else or nothing- the...

Did you know the English rendering of "hell" in the bible created a false teaching from its original languages?

Right. My point was that they ceased to exist which was what Jesus was teaching. He wasnt teaching sacrifices.
