    i thought they heard Him walking. they hid from Him. if all they heard was His voice, how do you hide from that? not saying your wrong but i always understood it as the Lord was in the garden with them in a form of some sort.

    i agree, pagan is a generic term but to be more specific i would call them baal, nimrod, greek, canaanite. i think they are all serving the same gods and canaan is the source.
