And yet John says that God didn't send God's Son in order to condemn the world, but that the world through him might be saved. And the qualifier isn't "repentance," it's "belief." Further, Romans insists that the righteousness of God comes through the faith of Jesus Christ. And Paul insists that our unfaithfulness will not nullify God's faithfulness.
