In Catholicism, one teaching has it that if a person goes to confession but has no intention of changing his/her ways, those sins are not forgiven regardless of the priest's absolution.

That makes sense. Many fundamentalists have the false belief "Once saved always saved". They will try to use that belief to excuse all sorts of bad behavior on their part. They think that they cannot sin anymore since they have been "saved".. Hmmm, I wonder if that would work if I robbed a bank.

You keep saying that but your false view of the Bible and the events are your strawman. You keep beating it up and think you have something when you don’t. Whether you believe the Bible is God’s Word or not at least learn to understand the meaning. You clearly don’t. A legend in your own mind.

The Bible is not a recording. It is the claim at best. The evidence tells us that it is a book of myths.

No, unlike you I can interpret the Bible properly since I do not base my interpretation on fear. You are afraid of being wrong and therefore cannot approach your beliefs properly. Fear rules you right now.

Your myth is: In the beginning nothing and then, God can we borrow some of the things you created, we need to do some experiments.
