You are hopeless--period...:run:
He he, I'm hopeless at spelling, you can poke me as long as you like as long as you give me some of that stuff to drink.
Lol.
We're planning on making an october fest in a few weeks. And when pumpkins come in season, a pumpkin beer.
A pumpkin beer ?, is that really a beer or are you pulling my leg ?.
We've done it twice before. It's delicious.
It's an ale, with different grains, but also roasted pumpkin meat.
We've done chilli-chocolate honey stout. Orange zest earl grey. And many other. Latest one was a kiwi. It was a bit tart because the kiwi was too young.
MMMM, sounds yummy, except for the Kiwi lol.
Whyyyyyyy?I quit drinking beer..sigh...I miss it...

I dont know what kind of beers are available in Australia but, Blue Moon makes a seasonal pumpkin beer, Samuel Adams' fall seasonal beer (which probably isnt in Australia) is a pumpkin ale, and New Belgium's fall seasonal is also a pumpkin beer.A pumpkin beer ?, is that really a beer or are you pulling my leg ?.

EDIT: just noticed that Falvlun already mentioned all this lol
No I haven't seen it here, but I would like to know how to make it.
I went to the Brew Ha Ha festival yesterday in Irvine, California.
Extremely hot. Lots of beer. A lot more people than last year.
The craft brewers of the US have really reinvigorated the UK scene with its willingness to experiment. Three cheers for that. It was a bit dull but now there's a fantastically vibrant culture of experimentation and quality.
Totally agree.
Not all experiments are good, but some are amazing.
Have you made any beers in the past?
Yes I make beer all the time, I also make spirits, the beer I make are those ones that you add to the water and yeast.
Ok.
I have to see where I have the recipe with the grains mix, but this is what we do with the pumpkin. We cut it up and roast the pieces in the oven at 250 F for about 1 hour. Then we boil it in the 1 hour boil, if I remeber right. I have to check.
