Hmm. Interesting theology.
From my PoV the problem is to pinpoint any real examples of such an 'unseen force'.
Ok that's an interesting question. So just giving circumstances in the Bible, when Paul, then known as Saul, was approached
Paul, if I recall aright, used the wind as an example of an unseen force.
But as you know from all those hours you've spent testing things in wind tunnels, just add smoke and you can see what the wind is doing. (Or as a song from my infancy put it, Who has seen the wind? / Neither you nor I / But when the trees bow down their heads / The wind is passing by.)
Interesting, because when I was looking things up, particularly about Paul's 'introduction' to Jesus, he was blinded. And he asked, Lord, who are you? Nevertheless, he was blinded for a while by that great light.
The description at Acts chapter 9:
Now as he went on his way, he approached Damascus, and suddenly a light from heaven shone around him.
4And falling to the ground, he heard a voice saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?”
5And he said, “Who are you, Lord?” And he said, “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting.
6But rise and enter the city, and you will be told what you are to do.”
7The men who were traveling with him stood speechless, hearing the voice but seeing no one.
8Saul rose from the ground, and although his eyes were opened, he saw nothing. So they led him by the hand and brought him into Damascus.
9And for three days he was without sight, and neither ate nor drank.
