Quite the opposite. I'm pointing out that they way the bible verse uses the words "bondmen" and "bondmaids" (not sure why you keep changing the words from your 'perfect' translation) makes it plain that they mean exactly the same as slave.

The word "slave" in understood in modern English, whereas the KJV words are more obscure.

Because hiding the truth behind archaic and somewhat ambiguous language is a kind of dishonesty, when the passage in question makes quite clear that the practice is what we call "slavery" in modern English (more modern translations reflect this).

And you've change the words yourself. The KJV says "bondmen" and "bondmaids".
