Are you actually familiar with trials in (ostensibly) communist countries?
In China, only 0.1% prosecuted are ever found not guilty.
In USA, the "not guilty" rate is over 100 times that.

No, that depends on a specific context. In some cases he would be more worth, in others less worth and yet others equal.

Mr Trump will probably be raised back to the presidency, and then in his final term of office the World will see what and who he truly is.
But I'm reminded of Adolf Hitler who promised to make 'Germany Great Again', and look at what happened there.
