I type a subtitle for this video , I just want to know how much I can understand English in vocal.
NOTE : Bold words means that I'm not sure , the underlined points "space" means that I don't understand it .

whole of American, obviously this is something lot of us happened hoping for.
Obama:we continous support doplimatic offers to end the voilence between Israel and Hamas.
John kerry :the president is put,the president is seen behind the offers try to find peace in region .
Jon Stewart ; now we get 3 days of it , a long week-end of peace.
it's still too early to really know what bothers about. but we do know that the break came after this.
Females:Israel has made a request for resupply at several types of ammunition" (it's already writen in screen)
one defense official said to me they had being used an .................................... .
that's of course corresponde from understatement times ............. ( I guess JS is mocking Ban Ki-moon ?)

The language in that video is fairly casual, Godobeyer, and not always quite clear or all that grammatically correct.
(And by the way, I greatly admire John Stewart for his plain courage, decency and common sense to say what must be said).

It is hard to describe how heartwarming it is to see people reaching out and seeking effective understanding of each other.

Don't worry about it, Godobeyer. We could not buy genuine willingness to learn and reach mutual understanding by any price.
@Godobeyer, one way to improve your ability to understand English by listening is to watch movies with English subtitles instead of Arabic ones. Listening to songs and reading their lyrics can help as well. Trust me... even some native speakers have difficulty making out song lyrics at times, so don't feel discouraged if you find it very hard at first. Just keep trying. Practice makes perfect.
I actualty almost understand many dailogue in movies without subtitles
I will start take your advise by watching movies by English subtitles instead of Arabic,but I find songs are difficult than movies !

1) It's actually, not actualty, and it's dialogue, not dailogue.
2) It's "I find songs are more difficult than movies"; you need an adjective in the comparative form when you use than. (However, it is important to note that superlative adjectives don't take than.)
3) Advise is a verb; advice is a noun. So it's "Thanks again for the advice" but "Thanks again for advising me."

I said " it is confused me a bit ", now you correct me "It has confused me " and it confused me a bit"
Now I want to know where It suppose to use verb "to be",where I suppose to use verb "to have".

Yes, it is wrong to use those exact wordings. I believe these are all correct, though (albeit, again, with different meanings):
"It confused me"
"It had me confused"
"This confused me"
"This did confuse me"
I believe both forms are somewhat acceptable, but most often we do not use the "and".
