Do you support a Capitalist DIR?

There are DIRs that sit empty or long dormant. I'm not advocating that such DIRs be closed down, just questioning whether it's a practice.

I vaguely recall one or two DIRs being shut down for lack of participation. But it sure isn't many.

Perhaps don't ascribe motives to others. It is likely there's a discussion going on among the staff regarding the topic. It is not likely that they're deliberately avoiding answering you thinking you'll go away.
