Your view isn't necessarily correct (it might be, it might not be, if there is even such a thing as a 'correct' view on this subject).

Re my other questions, I do worry! Are you going to avoid answering what are perfectly legitimate questions in the context of this thread?

So dude, what happened? They said that as you followed a syncretic form of Islam you weren't cool in the Islam DIR?

Would they have allowed an Alawite? An Alevi? One of Bawa Muhayiadeen's followers? A Nation of Islam person? A Five Percenter?

All very interesting - and I would argue relevant - questions (do you want to start a thread on this as it pertains to the broader question of what 'counts' in terms of adherence to a religion, or perhaps more pertinently, claiming adherence to a religion?). But I think it'd be better to take this particular decision up with the admins/moderators if you want to. Moreover, we're clearly going off-thread with this (I ain't trolling, I can assure anyone reading this).

Well, relevance has long gone out the window regarding responses, which I somewhat heretically think is OK after over 50 pages!

But if you like we can, although I think perhaps in the case of Islam it's more the kind of thing where you might ask in the Islam DIR 'what do you think makes someone a Muslim?' kind of thing.

I think the broader question is in many ways the more interesting one (certainly, likely to be of broader interest at any rate!). As you may have detected from the other thread, I think this question of how we define 'religion' is a very interesting one!

I'm sure people will wade in.

I'll be interested to see what your particular way of doing things is - Satanic Islam is not a label I have come across before.

I recall that I blame him,why he spamming Islam DIR, by his satanic views, and he asked us to debate him in Debate DIR.

He just mixed us Islam with satanic views,sounds crazy :D

I got myself into that one, didn't I! Will do it shortly (there's another one I wanted to start too, once I'd caught up on the latest threads and postings over the last week, but I guess I can start them before that).

Do by all means ask me questions about my religion in the 'Ask me any questions about my religion' thread that I created...somewhere! Can't recall where right now!
