Does Atheism Lead to Immoral Behavior?

Yeah .. you want to talk about rape, while I prefer talking about marriage.
Because you are pro-rape, and you know that being pro-rape make you immoral, so you avoid talking about it. Is that right?

It is just a smokescreen for disbelief, imo.
You mean, like your outright refusal to answer simple questions honestly because you know that by doing so you out yourself as immoral?

A smokescreen like that?

If you want to be without smokescreens, answer questions honestly instead of being evasive. Either stand by your convictions and be honest, or admit that your beliefs are immoral and change them.

And yet, he has been asked about it directly several times and either evades answering or defends the rapist.
Well, I assume that he is part of a Muslim community. You know as well as I do the doctrinal position taken within Islam on this. For him to express whatever inner misgivings he might harbor would be tantamount to causing an initial psychological separation between himself and the Ummah. Most Muslims keep any misgivings that they have to themselves.

My own religion
..and there lies the reason why you do not respect authority, generally.
You do not worship what I worship.
..and I do not worship what you worship.
You have your way, and I have mine .. be it politically correct or not !

God Almighty does not "do" politically correct .. He teaches truth.

No, She doesn't. She teaches love. Truth is Satan. He is Satan.
See, there are at least 2 versions of the One God. ;)
Words are so easy for all of us. ;)

That may be the case, but his statements belie no real misgivings about his position beyond his inability to state it explicitly. He has maintained various, stoutly pro-rape positions and has made statements which strongly indicate that he believes wives deserve less rights than husbands (including the right to rape protection by law).

Don't be ridiculous .. all you are doing is trying to make me talk about a subject
which is taboo in your culture in the 21st. century.
How is it taboo to talk about something? We're encouraging you to talk about it.

On yer bike.
Why can't you answer a simple question? Are you dishonest?

You keep your "adult consent" and I'll keep my Divine ionstitution of marriage.
Why not just state a position? Again, is it in your religious belief that dishonesty is justified?

Just be honest.

Calling legal prohibitions against sexual assault a "taboo" reflects on your character.

You keep your "adult consent" and I'll keep my Divine ionstitution of marriage.

By "divine institution of marriage," do you mean "license to rape that I think my God has granted me"?

..so you make "hate-speech" against Abrahamic religion..
No, just the views you've personally expressed here.

As I pointed out several times in our last discussion, that I don't consider your views to be representative of your entire religion or all of the people in it. I even pointed out that I work closely with some Muslims who would probably be appalled to hear some of the views you've spread here. So it's pretty disingenuous of you to say this to me now, wouldn't you say?
..because woman and men have different social status.
I.e. Women are prevented from exercising certain rights that men are afforded.
One is not superior to the other .. just different. :)
And we're all just human beings, when it comes down to it. We should be treated equally.
