It doesn't say that being a pedophile is "okay", there is merely a distinction drawn between pedophilic sexual orientation and pedophilic disorder.

The more accurately a psychologist can perform diagnosis, the better equipped they are in helping the patient deal with their emotional problems, and learn how to gain mastery over their impulses.

Personally, I think religious bigots are sick in the head. They should add "Bigotry Disorder" to the list when they update the manual.

You can't reason someone out of something they weren't reasoned into in the first place. I'm pretty sure this is a troll thread. Plus, if people think he's right, then they're in the same boat as him. You can't help those types. They only change if they want to change.

Look it up for yourselves. About 30 years ago some psychiatrists protested and walked out of a convention in protest demanding the psychiatric reference for being gay be amended, those who walked out, were gay psychiatrists, and, guess what, they got there way, and now you know the rest of the story.

The American Psychiatric Diagnostic Manual is the so called sacred book on what's considered normal and abnormal in regards to mental health.

They're not quite the same. Bisexuals aren't necessarily accepting of trans people. Plus, "bi" implies a sex/gender binary which "pansexual" pointedly doesn't. "Pansexual", not only being a sexual identity, has socio-political connotations that "bisexual" doesn't. It's like "queer" in that way.

Because I am. I gave well documented proof, and all of you people have done is give nothing more than your sarcasm. When the LGBTQ cried that we want to be happy to, why can't we be happy being the way we are, so they cried loud enough until they got there way, and now there happy.

Now the Pedophilia's are crying that they want to be happy to, why can't we be happy, and soon enough they to will be happy to when they get there rights also to be the way they are.

Just like the transsexuals finally got there rights, so they to are happy now, and soon, since the psychiatric professionals have given the pedophiles a clean bill of normalcy, they to are crying loud by contacting there legislators to start there whining for there rights to be happy and hang there letter with the other sexual perverted people in this world, that being the letter " P ". This is nothing more than an absolute disgrace.

You're exactly right, at least in part of the false man made religious entities which is indeed causing many to have difficulty in finding the true church and way to be saved, Romans 16:16, Acts 2:38-47.
