Uh-huh. Care to elaborate on this then? Seeing as Jesus was male, and the Father is apparently male also, does that make the Holy Spirit double-female in order to balance this out?
The bible says that God is a Spirit.
Joh 4:24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
God created male and female on earth for procreation.
Ge 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it:
In heaven there is neither male nor female for all are sexless beings.
Mt 22:30 For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.
When we think of masculine and feminine, we think of male and female. What you are doing is trying to reduce God to a biological being. He is neither male nor female, but is differentiated by personality attributes that can be equated to male and female. The Father along with the Holy Ghost possess "character" attributes that can be equated to that of a man. Judgment, punishment, power, etc. What we see in Jesus is pleadings of mercy, gentleness, meekness, humility, kindness, self sacrifice, the kinds of things you would see in a mother in her dealings with her own children. Remember these are "personality" attributes, and not biological.
