Hillary's Weiner problem continues....
http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/...clinton-emails-kass-1030-20161028-column.html
What if she is elected? Think of a nation suffering a bad economy and continuing chaos in the Middle East, and now also facing a criminal investigation of a president. Add to that congressional investigations and a public vision of Clinton as a Nixonian figure wandering the halls, wringing her hands.
The best thing would be for Democrats to ask her to step down now. It would be the most responsible thing to do, if the nation were more important to them than power. And the American news media — fairly or not firmly identified in the public mind as Mrs. Clinton's political action committee — should begin demanding it.

Dude, they sound as unreasonable as you do here. "The best thing"??? Oh, it would serve Trump nicely, but there's no indication that there's anything to these emails. This is just more FUDDD and they want us to be fearful of this investigation. Why shouldn't we be fearful of Trump U's lawsuit coming up on Nov 28th? This may very well lead to charges of fraud and collusion in regards to Trump.

The best thing for democrats to do is elect Hillary and let the chips fall where they may. People knew of a FBI investigation when she was running for primaries, and she still beat Sanders. Of course it helped her matters when FBI said she was off the hook, but doesn't matter, people have decided on the emails thing long ago. Who cares if some sexual deviant has her emails, he was a Democrat working for Hillary, of course he is going to have correspondents. This crap would suck for Democrats regardless of a private server cause yet again they get to delve into private emails on anyone and everyone corresponding with that piece of work Weiner. Democrats sure can't catch a break on privacy this season of Reality Elections.

You made the usual mistake of presuming something without question.
I never commented on the cromulence of this opinion.
I only posted it to show how serious the matter is.
The Chicago Tribune is a mainstream paper.
To call for her stepping down is news....big news.

Had you asked first, I'd have told you that I disagree
with calls for her to step down over Weinergate.

I agree that this latest Hillary problem doesn't warrant dropping out of the race.
But I'll still vote against her.

Would she have beaten Sanders without DNC dirty tricks to anoint her?
I doubt it.
He is still the better man.

Who knows but I know Republicans who feel the same about their Republican pick that didn't make it. At least the majority Republicans who were not Trump supporters and about half the Democrats will have a clear conscience about any debacles.

It's pretty lame though because James Comey has said they don't know the significance of those emails. Why should we not assume it's much ado about nothing, again, just like it was with the emails previously examined, or even Benghazi? Or at least that whole "innocent until proven guilty" thing?
And let's not forget, Hillary is being investigated. Trump has future court dates set.

I think that's how people ought to look at it and approach it. That the significance is not yet known. I think Comey was in a very tough position, if something new came up he's doing his duty to inform. It's not his fault the minds of media and human minds are so easy to influence and quick to magnify something into more than what it is in its current state.

Hillary Clinton should have been indicted a long time ago, she and Bill's scandals have done nothing but soil our nation's image.

The entire Left and the political plutocrats of cheap labor of both the Democratic and Republican establshment which is really one in the same praised the bureau's director, James Comey, back in July when he did not to recommend criminal charges against Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

Now just days ago massive amounts of new incriminating evidence was found on devices of Huma Abedin and her sex offender husband Anthony Weiner whose home was being searched in relation to his sex offences against a 13 year old minor by the NYPD and now the FBI.

And Hillary has the nerve to "question the timing on this" after she and Loretta Lynch her toadie and Huma Abedin her top aide did everything to coverup, delay, destroy, evidence, refuse to cooperate, lie, lie, bleachbit data, smash mobile phones with hammers, threaten others including having Lynch stonewall warrants and obstruct justice - she and Lynch and Huma are the only one to damn blame for the "timing" having tried to cover and obstruct this until after the election, of course Huma lied and now we have the paedophile husband of Huma involved in all of this and yes the truth should have come out a long time ago and didn't specifically because of the obstruction of law and the lies of Hillary and the DOJ and Lynch and Abedin and all of them.

So there is nothing complicated about this. Where is Huma? She's Hillary's top aide who was on that airplane with Hillary at the time this bombshell was breaking. Hillary says the public has a right to know, why doesn't she just ask Huma what was on the device? No problem. Where's Huma? Why doesn't she have an immediate press conference and tell us ALL and the NYPD and the FBI agents exactly what was on the device?

No need to delay - after all Hillary says we should ALL know even while her close friend and toadie Loretta Lynch is doing everything she can to conceal and obstruct this from Congress and the public. So no problem, Hillary should demand Huma to come on television right now, 9 days before the election and while early voting is underway, and tell us exactly what is on the laptop shared by Anthony Weiner.

And Anthony should come on tv right now, too, and let us all know.

So where is she and Mr. Weiner? Let's hear all about it. After all, we have a right to know. Like Hillary says. Of course I would not advise Huma and Anthony to tell lies when they tell us all what is on the laptop - after all, the NYPD already knows, and several FBI agents.

Let's hear all about it. Right now. Suddenly Comey the darling of the Left in July is now a Russian agent. But Huma holds her own destiny and Hillary's in her own hands. All she has to do is come on television and tell us what's on it. Right now. None of this hiding b.s., or telling us she is under investigation - no, nothing is stopping her legal right to tell us all about it. She isn't being audited by the IRS. She can tell us ALL. Right now. On TV.

Hillary already knows. Why shouldn't we? Why are there two sets of laws? One for people like Hillary, and one for the rest of us?

No problem Hillary, word has it you will get your wish and very soon we will all know. Because someone is getting the stuff right now before Lynch destroyed it.

As they say, ‘You can judge the character of a person by the company they keep’.

Hillary Clinton has tried to crucify Donald Trump over his sexual allegations, so it is somewhat ironic that one of her friends is now facing serious sexual allegations.

Was Hillary Clinton protecting Anthony Weiner until after the election?

I believe I recall reading where Comey said that the investigation probably wouldn't be completed before the election in 11 days. So it seems unlikely the findings will affect the outcome--millions of people have already voted anyway.
That's great news from a Republican perspective.

Yes, millions have voted. The mere investigation and all the stuff journalists normally try to do, plus the rumor mill, all that combined could impact the election.
Why do you say that?

I doubt that Comey's announcement is going to help Republicans or otherwise impact the election significantly. I doubt that many people who were going to vote for Clinton as of last Thursday will assume that she is guilty of something and therefore not vote for her merely because Comey announced the FBI's investigation of emails found on Abedin's and Weiner's shared device, emails that apparently are not Clinton's. Clinton supporters don't generally engage in such leaps of illogic.

Are people supposed to be aware of things people do in private. I'm sure Abedin was just was so happy to facilitate Weiners sexting.

Your redefining irony and it is hardly even a coincidence. I'm sure Hillary is well aware why Abedin is not married to the guy anymore. People, including most felons are very unforgiving toward child predators.
Was Hillary Clinton protecting Anthony Weiner until after the election?
I highly doubt it. Whose protecting Trumps allegations I do wonder.

BREAKING NOW!

650,000 Emails on the laptop.

And the NYPD and New York FBI agents got 'em and it's BAD. And if Huma has been a liar for Hillary she is facing criminal charges, it is not just Hillary.

So where is Huma? Come on television right now Huma, and tell us all about it!

AND THERE IS SOMETHING ELSE ABOUT TO COME OUT.

I agree, Hillary - let's let it ALL come out NOW!

The BEST election, yet!
