Why? Ask first and you will know the others.

You can't ask until you know the existence and you can't trust the answer until you have reliability.
Even if I ask and get an answer, that *at most* shows existence. And that assumes I haven't fooled myself.

The easiest person to fool is always yourself. That is what needs to be guarded against. So, don't run into situations prone to confirmation bias.

Oh come on don't be a wimp... jump off the Cliff.
You can't know if you don't take the leap into faith. This applies to so many things in life... You can never ever fall in love if you don't take the leap. Staying in the safe space is it sure way too stagnation.
