LOL! No pitchforks.
Actually the Centers for Disease Control and other groups have collected the stats.
It is overwhelmingly heterosexual men that rape both male and female children. Many of them the child's own father, stepfather, grandfather, etc.
Men seem to think they have sex rights over women and children.

Again, I was not speaking on sexual assault stats in general, only the ones perpetrated by priests, which were mostly male on male.
And still majority heterosexual. They keep the stats.

How can a male that molests another male still be considered heterosexual?
You're quite welcome. I'm glad you're advocating for them as an oppressed group. It's good to know that not all Christians are fanatical and closed minded people, and now I am very conceived about your acceptance for homosexuality. Thank you very much indeed.
Because in most cases it has nothing to do with sexual orientation.
It has to do with sex, power, and availability of children.

Not true. I'd call anyone who sexually assaults another person a "rapist."Sarcasm... How it escapes the intellectual masses... Also, while the majority of child molesters in general may be heterosexual, the majority of people who were vocal about sexual abuse by priests were males. I'd call any male that sexually assaults another male a homosexual (again, nothing against gay people collectively, before you grab your torch and pitchfork)
Rape has nothing to do with attraction. It has to do with control. How can a male that molests another male still be considered heterosexual?
Hint: "homosexual" = "oriented toward the same sex," not "engages in same-sex acts."Like explaining gravity to a chicken... Anyone that has sex with someone of the same sex is not a heterosexual IMO, whatever the reasoning behind it.

I still refuse to call any male who willingly performs any kind of sexual act on another male a heterosexual. I also think any man who rapes another man in prison is gay. A duck is a duck, you can't say "I'm not gay, I just have sex with men"...
And there are many who are not. It's obvious to me that most of Christians are opposite to homosexuality.
Tomato To-mah-to... Straight men don't have sex with men, end of story
Again - obviously they do, and have, for thousands of years.
