DECEMBER 6--A Chicago cop vacationing in Florida was arrested early yesterday after being caught urinating into an ice machine at a beachside bar, according to police who charged the visiting lawman with

battery and disorderly conduct.

According to police, an employee of the Jimmy B’s Beach Bar in St. Petersburg was “attempting to get ice from the ice machine” around 12:30 AM when he discovered Henry Capouch, 30, “‘pissing’ on the ice in the machine.”

When the worker, Richard Klees, told Capouch to stop, the accused urinator cursed Klees and shoved him “a couple times,” according to an arrest affidavit. Capouch subsequently shoved a security guard, cops allege.

Upon arriving at the bar, which is part of the Beachcomber resort, police found Capouch and his girlfriend on the nearby sand. Capouch, cops charge, “was actively resisting” and “not obeying lawful commands while being detained.”

And training correctly doesn't make them at war with law-abiding citizens.

End qualified immunity. Make cops pay for their own liability insurance. And make a percentage of settlements come from their retirement plan and department budget.

Do these three things and we would see police brutality and misconduct end almost overnight.

In this case, 2 cops are prowling silently around
the backyard of a home. They don't identify
themselves. They're shining flashlights in the
home as they stealthily creep around while
pointing guns at the home. Atatania Jefferson
gets her gun upon hearing a noise. Aaron Dean,
a cop, sees her thru a window in a darkened room.
So he yells to put hands up, & immediately shoots.
She died.
Irony: The cops were there for a welfare check.

A positive note:
The prosecutor didn't just let the department investigate
itself, & sweep this under the rug. Dean is currently on
trial for murder.

is lucky to be alive because he was in the home
with her when she was reckless murdered by Dean.

This cop was simulating a bad guy vs cop situation
for the public. Many bystanders were there to watch.
He thought his gun had blanks for his bad guy role.
(He either didn't check, or couldn't tell the difference.)
He shot her 4 times to demonstrate using lethal force.
Well, he succeeded. She died.
He pled guilty to 2nd degree manslaughter.
Sentence: Probation
The police chief was also charged: Not guilty
But there was accountability.
Taxpayers paid a $2,000,000 settlement.
Justice was done.

I don't like the guy my ex is with. And it's funny. He's white. Barely any shade darker than an average white guy. But he has a splash of Spaniard in him. He is speaks only English. He tries to call himself Hispanic. Of course Latinos and Hispanics tell him no, he's a white guy.

"tactical team" would be more responsible.

Well, surprise, surprise..someone robbed it of $21,000

- Handcuffs
- Shotgun.
- Lots'o ammo.
- Body armor.

Does anyone think the cop will be held responsible
for the loss, or possible subsequent gun crimes?

restricted airspace....right into the path of a
plane trying to land. No one hurt, but the plane
was damaged.

Cop drives drunk on the job, & wrecks his cruiser.
- Imagine how he'd treat a civilian when he's
so inebriated. With severely impaired judgement
he could kill by car or gun.
- He's not arrested. His supervisor tries to help
him avoid losing his job. This is corrupt, ie,
enabling drunken cops to continue exercising
a license to kill civilians.

In this video, without legal cause, a cop brutally lifts &
slams down a previously injured man. His new injuries
require a month of hospitalization costing $1,200,000.
The city offered to settle for $440,000 during the trial.
Notice also how the other cops don't interfere with
the bad cop's assault. This shows that bad cops
are more common that commonly thought, ie, those
who allow bad cops to be bad.

What good are cops when they're the ones
committing the crimes, eh.

Honestly, it's stuff like that why I never put how bad my mood really gets here because I don't anyone to send the pigs for a wellness check. Even if I was on the verge of killing myself here is the last place I'd mention it because the cops would manage to make things worse for me, especially if I tell them to go away because I don't want to talk to them.
Also reminds me of a pig in Peru (that Peru with the clowns and your engine show) who tased an elderly man at a nursing home who had advanced Alzheimers. Why? This young, fit man couldn't handle an old man with an advanced form dementia being noncompliant. A judge in the next county over saved his job.
There was another pig there, years later, who threatened to shoot the (now former) mayor amd some others because he didn't get a day off that he didn't properly request off. Turns out threatening to shoot the upper rungs of the local political scene will get you fired.
