No. I am sure I had that experience. Wrapping my rational mind around it is another matter.
So your belief in God is based upon an experience which may well be a hallucination?

'not to worry', definitely it is a goal ...I just have to remind myself not to worry.
though you will always worry, you has a goal to 'not to worry'.Not worrying isn't an ultimate goal, I'll always worry.
but possibly it can be eliminated. It's part of being human.
Yes that's right. But atleast I'm honest about it.
Except for people don't seem to want to be aware of that, they kind of don't like to realize that. They want be something else, they want be somewhere else. People want security, heaven, enlightenment. They want perfection and self-realization. They want suffering and death to go away.

Do you also believe in christ's miracles?
The point is to see passed the illusion of suffering.
The illusion is trying to escape suffering.
Should oxygen or gravity matter to these organisms? All organisms should and do live fully within the context of their environment whether they are aware of that or not.

Absolutely not.
Funny. Mental and physical suffering are different things. Still some try and do away with even physical pain which sounds pretty hard. It is granted that we are bound to a great degree while alive.
Why must accepting something eliminate the fear of that thing?Just about all religions stem from the fear of death and suffering instead of accepting that suffering and death are intrinsic parts of the universe.

Our emotions are self hypnosis. Why would we love or hate anyone or care or not care if they died? Which would be the delusion loving someone or hating them? Love and hate are obsessions and products of the mind and reality that we create for ourself. Taking a step back away looking at an overall perspective allows us to detach and get rid of some of our personal bias. It's merely denial. You deny the presence of suffering by deluding yourself. it's a form of self-hypnosis. Just about all religions stem from the fear of death and suffering instead of accepting that suffering and death are intrinsic parts of the universe.
Don't know what does he say? What does a hero do when he fears something according to Joseph Campbell?

yeah, goals are just happy thoughts if you fails to accomplish those, so you have a goal anyway.No. It's more like a happy thought.
You doubt all this, but not your hallucination. Interesting contradiction you got there.
